ProactiveWatch includes scheduled reports and the ability to run ad hoc reports. The scheduled reports are delivered automatically to you for each of your customers. This Customer Report collects key Availability, Capacity and Performance data into a summary document that you can review with customers and prospects.
This automatic report uses regression to forecast potential issues, allowing you to discuss and put plans in place to address capacity utilization issues before they become critical.
Ad-hoc reporting is available for Patching and Inventory, and includes detailed inventory reports, Critical Patches by Computer, Failed Patches by Computer and more.
These reports can be run for all machines across all customers, filtered by customer or any custom filters you create, and may be printed, exported to Excel, or saved as PDF. The Generate for each Customer action creates individual PDF reports by customer to speed your reporting needs for all of your clients.
