ProactiveWatch provides your technicians with three methods to immediately access customer systems and address issues. Remote Contol allows your staff to remotely establish a console session with any managed computer. Remote Command allows frequently executed commands to be run from within a Windows or portable device web interface. More details on these two methods:

  • Remote Control with LogMeIn - ProactiveWatch seamlessly integrates with LogMeIn, an industry leading remote control program. With LogMeIn integration your operators and technicians are only ever one click away from having a full remote control session with a managed computer.
  • Remote Control command line integration - ProactiveWatch allows you to specify a command string on a machine-by-machine basis, so that you can instantly launch the remote control program of your choice, including RDP, VNC, etc.
  • Remote Command - ProactiveWatch Remote Command gives you one-click access to a list of common and machine-specific commands (eg - restart a service, stop a process) so you can instantly diagnose and fix problems based on alerts and active alarms.
