ProactiveWatch Remote Command gives you one-click access to a list of commands that allows you to instantly respond to alerts and active alarms from within the ProactiveWatch console to quickly diagnose and fix problems, such as restarting a service or killing a rogue process. You tailor the default command set to customize the actions available on each machine, including the ability to run your own commands and custom scripts. The Remote Command service can also be accessed from web-enabled PDAs, cell phones or PC browsers, allowing your technical staff to quickly and easily react to one customer's issues while they are en-route or deployed onsite at another customer.
